£35,000 grant toward new building?

The old adage "if it looks too good to be true it probably is" is as relevant today as it ever was.
There are various companies in the renewable energy markets encouraged by the grant system that are seeking locations for large arrays of photo-voltaic (PV) panels that generate electricity from daylight.
The general principle is admirable and involves selling the surplus 'free' electricity generated back to the National Grid.
